Shipping and Delivery Infomation

At Hathailacquerhandicrafts, we are committed to sharing our environmentally safe products with the world. That is why we are proud to offer international shipping for all our products to our customers.

How to pack?

Our orders are only shipped in recyclable and biodegradable cardboard packaging. Our boxes are stuffed with paper and our packages are lined with paper

The only plastic we use is tape to seal the orders and the plastic bags that hold the bowls inside the boxes. But we are working on a solution for that too!

Incoterm: FOB Shipping Terms

Under FOB (Free on Board) terms, we will be responsible for the costs and risks associated with the goods until they are loaded onto the vessel at the port of departure. From the time the goods are loaded onto the vessel, the responsibility and shipping costs will be transferred to the buyer. To ensure the smooth transportation process, please confirm the port of departure information and specific requirements with us before placing an order.

Delivery method

By sea (usually takes 30-45 days to arrive): Suitable for large quantity orders with size (cont 20, 40,…); can save a lot of cost.

By air (usually takes 7-10 days to arrive): Suitable for small quantity orders. When you need goods in a short time.
